TERMS OF SERVICE

These rules have been made to maximise each individuals experience at Zone 22 Recovery and make this a safe, refreshing and comforting place for all

Ice Bath

  • Strictly ONE person allowed in each Plunge Pool

  • Please quickly rinse before entering Plunge Pools

  • Enter and exit Plunge Pools slowly and carefully

  • Do not spill excess water on the floor when entering

  • Do not touch coolers

Infrared Sauna

  • Please sit on your towel whilst in Sauna.

  • If you are feeling dizzy or unwell please exit immediately

  • Please quickly rinse before entering Sauna

  • Respect each others privacy

  • You must be over the age of 18 to use this Sauna or have parental supervision if under the age of 18

Normatec Compression

  • Return Normatec Units back on Charge after each use

  • Return Leg Pumps back on seat how they were left

  • Be careful when sitting up and standing down with Compression boots on your legs

Shower

  • Quick rinse only
