Spiros and Mark founded the company in 2022, opening their first centre in Ravenhall with a shared vision of creating a space dedicated to recovery, performance, and overall wellbeing. What began as a single location has grown into a thriving community, with Williamstown now standing proudly as the signature centre.

Zone 22 takes its name from a shared piece of history between the two. Spiros wore the number 22 during Deer Park Football Club’s 2016 Division 1 senior premiership, later handing it down to Mark the following year where they won the 2017 premiership. The number represents hard work, resilience, and performing under pressure — values that now shape the culture and identity of Zone 22.

Both founders live and breathe the lifestyle they promote. With a strong passion for running, strength training, and conditioning, they bring first hand experience and genuine enthusiasm to every aspect of Zone 22. Their commitment to health, movement, and continuous improvement shapes the culture of the brand and drives the high standard of service offered across all centres.
